I am DeEtte Thomas. Wife, Mother, and Lifelong Educator passionate about Developing Leaders who lead with Heart and Excellence.
For more than three decades, I’ve served as a Teacher, Director, Coach, Trainer, District Leader and Regional Director, Helping Educators and School Leaders grow in Confidence, Purpose, and Faith.
My journey has been guided by one belief. When leaders are Restored and Equipped, entire communities are Transformed.
Today, I help Women Leaders rise through Faith‑Anchored Leadership Development, Renewal Experiences, and Transformational Coaching. My work is rooted in Purpose, driven by Excellence, and inspired by Faith. It is grounded in the Belief that anything is Possible when we Lead with Faith and Heart.
